does urine therapy really cure allergies?
i’ve read it can really help many conditions. does anyone have personal experience with this? canitcure allergies and eczema?
I have read about it and the claims are there. I understand the theory, but I have absolutely no desire to drink my own urine. Surely there must be other preferable alternative treatments.
However, urine therapy (either ingesting or applying to the skin) has been around in many cultures for thousands of years and used for many purposes. You have to think that something that old and widespread must have something going for it… Here’s an article that discusses it:
